Helping organisations
and communities find clarity and move forward.
When programmes, systems or relationships stop working as they should. I help people, teams and communities untangle complex situations, rebuild trust, and create practical ways forward when things feel stuck.
Does any of this sound familiar?
-
Facing the same issues again and again despite trying to fix them?
-
Dealing with conflict, tension, or misalignment in your team?
-
Running a programme that works on paper but feels clunky in practice?
-
Feeling overwhelmed by expectations, funding pressures, or limited resources?
-
Noticing disengagement, low morale, or disconnection creeping in?
-
Sensing something is “off” but struggling to name what it is?
With over 20 years working across youth development, community services, education, NGOs and local initiatives. I step into stuck or complex situations to help people find clarity, resolve issues, and design practical ways forward.
How we find a way forward together
_edited.jpg)
Together we step back, see what’s really going on, and create a practical way forward.
-
Understand what’s really going on - We step back and look at the situation clearly — what’s happening, where the pressure points are, and what’s getting in the way.
-
Make sense of the bigger picture - Together we untangle the issues, identify what matters most, and clarify where change will have the greatest impact.
-
Design practical ways forward - We develop clear, workable steps that fit your people, your resources, and your reality.
I help you get past the noise, understand the real issue, and design practical solutions that work.

Ready to stop spinning your wheels and shift
what isn’t working?
Whether it's your team, a community project, or a programme that needs recalibrating, let's talk through what's happening, where the pressure points are, and what needs to shift.
No pressure, no hard sell — just clarity and direction.
I work alongside individuals, teams, organisations, and communities when situations feel stuck or unclear — helping bring clarity, resolve issues, and design practical ways forward.
What working together might look like
Every situation is different, but the process usually begins with a conversation to understand what’s happening and where things feel stuck.
From there we step back, look at the bigger picture, and identify what’s really driving the issue.
Together we design practical steps that make sense for your people, your resources, and your reality.
Sometimes that’s a single strategy session.
Sometimes it’s facilitation with a team.
Sometimes it’s working alongside you over time as things shift.
The focus is always the same: clarity, alignment, and practical movement forward.

About Wellbeing Compass
Helping people and organisations make sense of complex situations and
find practical ways forward.
Wellbeing Compass began as a wellbeing coaching space and has gradually evolved into something more practical and systemic.
Today I work as a community problem-solver and wellbeing strategist, stepping into complex or unclear situations to help people make sense of what’s really going on.
My work sits at the intersection of youth development, community services, organisational culture, and the everyday pressures people face in real-world settings.
Over time I began noticing a pattern. Individuals, teams, and organisations were reaching out with similar challenges — conflict, burnout, misalignment, programme struggles, or systems that looked good on paper but didn’t work in practice.
The requests kept coming because the need was real: people needed someone who could step in, help make sense of what was happening, and support them to move forward.

My Background
I bring over two decades of experience across youth work, mentoring, programme design, facilitation, community development, and funding environments.
My work spans NGOs, education, and local initiatives, where I’ve worked alongside individuals, teams, and community organisations to identify what isn’t working, strengthen systems, and create practical pathways forward.
My experience includes:
• Leading youth development programmes
• Mentoring emerging leaders
• Designing and delivering initiatives, events, and community-led projects
• Policy, programme, and service design for government and non-profits
• Training and facilitation
• Capability building for staff and volunteers
• Supporting young people into independence, education, or employment
I work confidently across groups of all ages and cultures, particularly in environments that are complex, conflict-prone, resource-strained, or under pressure to deliver.
My approach is grounded in respect, integrity, cooperation, and realism. I focus on strengthening connection, clarity, and resilience in ways that reflect the real needs and context of the people and communities involved.
